Melinda knows how complex the home buying or selling process can seem. Her former career as a financial advisor for a national securities brokerage firm trained her not only about investing, budgeting, and estate planning, but also how to alleviate the feelings of uncertainty that often accompany large financial transactions. A diligent listener and adept negotiator, she focuses on customers’ goals, then advises them as they make important decisions that accompany their purchases and sales. In her spare time, you can find Melinda running, practicing yoga, planning events for her community of closely-knit neighbors, or occasionally teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University class.
