The main roadways in Ocoee include Hwy 50, which runs East-West through its Southern section, and The 429 Expressway, which runs North and South along its Western Edge. Clarcona-Ocoee Road, A.D. Mims, and Silver Star Road are all commonly used roads through this popular community. The Florida Turnpike also passes through Ocoee’s Southern edge and the 408 Expressway is just outside the city.
When it comes to housing, Ocoee has tons of different community developments, including assisted living homes. One of the main housing developments is Arden Park, a beautiful community that is located right off of the popular West Orange Trail. Arden Park was designed with the environment in mind, saving large mature trees and relocating them during construction.
Furthermore, Ocoee has a suburban feel with many luxury apartments and high end communities available, like Casa Mirella and the Village of Wesmere. Ocoee is also the home of several senior living and assisted living communities, including an assisted living facility specifically designated for NFL retirees!
