Kristin made the home finding, contracting, and purchasing process super easy and fun (believe it or not). We wanted to work with someone who’s values aligned with ours. She valued the baby steps for others and herself. We knew she would be our realtor. As a realtor she did a wonderful job of home showing selection, negotiating, and dealing with all the paperwork. When we toured homes for the first time she pointed out things to look for and be aware of. She had an eye for what was quality and was a cover up. Kristin directed us down the home buying path, but let us lead the way. We had an awesome experience with her and would recommend her to anyone we know or don’t know for that matter. And, one day when we decide to sell we will be calling Kristin again.
