James was outstanding to work with. I was moving from out of state and started looking months in advance. James would periodically check in with me and update me on the region. I could not have fallen into the graces of a better agent. In comparison to my agent in the previous state, it was like night and day. If he is still working in the area, I will definitely be looking for James when purchasing my next home.
